This dry food is suitable for adult small breed dogs up to 10kg, and weaning puppies up to 2 months of age. This tailored diet is specially adapted to meet the high energy needs of small breed dogs towards the end of pregnancy and during lactation. It is also formulated to support the healthy development of nursing puppies. This food contains vitamins C and E, which have been shown to support the development of the immune system. Thanks to a combination of beneficial prebiotics (e.g. MOS) and highly digestible proteins, ROYAL CANIN® Mini Starter Mother & Babydog also helps support a healthy balance of gut microbiota (gut flora) for good digestion. This food is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. DHA) to help support brain development in young puppies.
