DELIVERY
Parcel to Pickup Point
You will collect the parcel yourself at the nearest PostNord pickup point based on the address you provide when ordering. The parcel must be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification. The pickup deadline can be extended via the PostNord app. If the parcel is not collected within the deadline, it will be returned to us.
Shipping Cost The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery address via Profrakt's API-based price estimation.
Tracking Once the parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Some orders may be sent in multiple parcels. In such cases, you will receive tracking information for each shipment. We recommend using the PostNord app for a complete overview.
Delivery Time Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days after the item has been shipped from our warehouse. Delivery to certain remote areas may take slightly longer.
Notifications When the parcel is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email, SMS, or in the PostNord app.
With the PostNord app, you get an overview of delivery status, pickup deadlines, pickup locations, and digital pickup receipts. https://my.postnord.no/app
Please ensure you are using the correct app (myPostNord) and that the parcel is addressed to you. Only the recipient can open parcel lockers, and the recipient's name must match the order.
