How to change your lenses
- Remove the lens: Grip the snout area and the top area of the goggles, and pull apart.
- Insert new lens: Start by connecting the two tabs at the snout area to the frame. Then connect the side tabs, making sure they click all the way in before attaching the upper side tabs. Save the top center tab for last.
Pro tip: If it's difficult to attach the tabs, try twisting the frame/lens backward to find the "sweet spot".

Lens Guide for Rex Specs V2
Clear: Transmits 92% of visible light. Suitable for training, indoor use, twilight, or situations where the dog needs physical eye protection without a darker lens. Still provides UV 400 protection.
Smoke: Transmits 20% of light. The most versatile lens for general use. A good choice for dogs who are active and can be rough with their equipment, because it still provides good visibility even if it gets scratched.
Red Mirror: Transmits 23% of light. Similar to Smoke in application, but has a more distinct mirrored appearance. Suitable for most dogs in normal daylight.
Silver Mirror: Transmits 13% of light. The darkest lens in the series and a good choice for strong sunlight or for light-sensitive dogs.
Blue Mirror: Transmits 15% of light. A darker mirrored lens for sunny conditions and dogs that need extra reduction of light transmission.
Pink Mirror: Transmits 37% of light. A lighter mirrored lens that is well suited for varied daylight and hiking use.
Purple Mirror: Transmits 27% of light. An alternative to Pink Mirror with slightly lower light transmission and a clear mirrored appearance.
Yellow: Transmits 87% of light. Almost as bright as Clear, but with a yellow contrast color. Suitable for low light, training, and situations where good visibility is desired without a dark lens.
Green: Transmits 16% of light. A darker lens for sunny conditions and dogs that need extra protection against strong light.
How to Change Your Rex Specs V2 Lenses
Remove the lens: Grip the area at the muzzle and upper part of the goggles, and gently pull the frame and lens apart.
