How to Measure Your Dog for Rex Specs Ear Pro
Measure the circumference of your dog's head at the widest point, just in front of the ears and under the chin. If your dog is between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size.

Tip: Measure snugly enough so the tape measure rests against the fur, but not so tight that it presses into the skin. If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger size.
