Protective collar for dogs and cats – comfortable with neoprene edge
The Velfast protective collar protects wounds, surgical sites, and skin irritations by preventing the dog or cat from licking, biting, or scratching exposed areas. It is made of transparent, durable polypropylene and has a soft neoprene edge, making it far more comfortable than traditional plastic collars – for the animal, and for you who live with it.
The collar attaches quickly with Velcro and is easily adjusted to the correct neck circumference without tools. The transparent material does not restrict the field of vision, which reduces stress and helps the animal get used to the collar faster.
Size guide
The size indicates the collar depth – i.e., the height of the cone surface. The collar must be longer than the distance from the neck to the tip of the nose, so that the animal cannot reach the wound. If in doubt, choose one size up.
