Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET u/d dog food is a complete dietetic food for the reduction of urate and cystine stone formation and for the reduction of copper in the liver in adult dogs. This food has a moderate level of sulfur-containing amino acids, low purine content, limited high-quality protein, a selected protein source and a reduced copper content. The food also has urine alkalizing properties.
