DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

 Package to pickup location

You pick up the package yourself at the PostNord pick-up location closest to your address. The package must be picked up at the delivery location within 7 days of receiving your pick-up notification. The deadline can be extended through the PostNord app.
If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back to us.

Free shipping when you shop for more than 1100,-
99,- when you shop for less than 1100,-

Tracking
We will send you an email when the package has been shipped from us. In this email you will find the tracking number and link to track your package. Please note that some orders are shipped in two shipments. You will receive information from Posten about both shipments, but we also recommend downloading Posten's app to receive information about all shipments from us.

Delivery
Our delivery time is 2-5 business days after the item has been shipped from us, but it may take longer for delivery to some remote areas.

Notification
When the package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification by email, SMS or in the Posten app. You can download the PostNord app.
